Your details, kept to the job.

When you create an agent account or book, we collect your name, email, phone, agency, the property address, access notes and any notes you leave for the photographer. If you add a vendor's email we hold that to send them what to expect on the day. If you upload a logo we store it to watermark your media. We keep a record of bookings, invoices, approvals and the emails and texts we send you.

We do not collect payment card details; payments are made by bank transfer or PayID.

To deliver the service: confirming and scheduling shoots, sending run sheets to our photographers, delivering galleries, invoicing, and following up on how the shoot went. To improve our editing and service using anonymised shoot data. We only send marketing to agents who have booked with us, and you can opt out by replying to any email.

Photographs and video of a property are created for the agent who booked. We avoid capturing people, number plates and personal documents, and we remove them in editing where they appear. We may use property media in our portfolio unless you ask us not to for a particular listing. Property owners can ask us to remove media from our own marketing at any time.

Our photographers and editors, who see only the bookings they are working on. The service providers that run our systems: hosting and database (Vercel and Supabase, with data stored in Sydney, Australia), email delivery, and, where enabled, SMS delivery and AI editing services that process images to select and enhance them. These providers act on our instructions and do not use your information for their own purposes. We do not sell personal information.

Access to our systems is limited to the team, protected by two-factor authentication, and the database is not reachable from the public internet. We keep booking and invoice records for seven years to meet Australian tax obligations, and delivered media for at least twelve months so you can re-download it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing contact@denariistudio.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Our website uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in to the agent portal or Studio and to remember a referral code. We do not use advertising trackers.
