Booking.
- Do you come to my suburb?
- We shoot out to 45 km from Brisbane CBD by road. Inner Brisbane (within 12 km) is no travel fee; Greater Brisbane (within 25 km) is a travel fee; Outer Brisbane (within 45 km) is a travel fee. Further out, call us and we will quote it. The booking form works out the zone from the address and shows the fee before you confirm.
- What are the packages?
- Sized by how many finished photos you need: Bronze, 8 photos; Silver, 14 photos; Gold, 20 photos. From $180 a shoot. Add aerial photography, floor plan, walkthrough video, aerial video, listing video, social reel when you book. Every price is on the booking form, and the total updates as you choose.
- How far ahead do I need to book?
- By the day before. The booking page shows times from 24 hours out, and we usually have something within two or three days.
- Can I book for a colleague?
- Yes. If your office has more than one agent with us, the booking form asks who the shoot is for; the gallery and the invoice line go to them.
- Is there a discount for new agents?
- Yes, if another agent refers you: $50 off your first shoot. And every 10th shoot is 50% off the package: the 10th, the 20th, the 30th.
The shoot.
- What should the vendor do before we arrive?
- Lights on, blinds open, cars off the driveway, bins away, benches and bathrooms cleared, beds made. Pets and people out of shot. We'll handle the rest.
- What if it rains?
- Interiors go ahead. If exteriors or drone need a better sky, we'll come back for those at no charge, or supply a sky-replaced exterior if you're in a hurry.
Afterwards.
- How fast is delivery?
- Photos within 48 hours of the shoot, and often sooner — one link, portal and print sizes, floor plan included. Video is cut after the photos are out and lands within 48 hours.
- Can I add my agency watermark?
- Yes. Upload your logo when you book, tap where you want it on the preview, and it's applied to every image and the video. We save it for next time.
- Can I reschedule?
- Yes, from your agent portal in a few taps, and moving is always free. Cancelling is free up to 24 hours before the shoot; inside that it's a flat $50. If a shoot is moved inside the window and then cancelled, the $50 still applies.
- How do I pay?
- Nothing until you've approved the gallery. Approved shoots are invoiced every Friday, one invoice per office, due in 14 days.
- Who owns the photos, and what can I use them for?
- We keep the copyright. Once the shoot is paid for you have a licence to use everything we delivered to market, sell or lease that property on any platform, and to promote yourself and your agency with it. It does not cover passing the files to another agency for the same property, or using them for a different one. The full wording is in our terms.
