How fast is delivery?
Within 24 hours of the shoot, and usually the same evening. You get one link with every photo in portal and print sizes, plus video and floor plan if you booked them.
What should the vendor do before we arrive?
Lights on, blinds open, cars off the driveway, bins away, benches and bathrooms cleared, beds made. Pets and people out of shot. We'll handle the rest.
What if it rains?
Interiors go ahead. If exteriors or drone need a better sky, we'll come back for those at no charge, or supply a sky-replaced exterior if you're in a hurry.
Can I add my agency watermark?
Yes. Upload your logo when you book, tap where you want it on the preview, and it's applied to every image and the video. We save it for next time.
How far ahead do I need to book?
By the day before. The booking page shows times from 24 hours out, and we usually have something within two or three days.
Can I reschedule?
Of course. Reply to your confirmation email or call us. Changes more than 12 hours out are free.
How do I pay?
We invoice after delivery on 7-day terms. Agencies can ask for monthly invoicing.
